I completed a BSc in Life and Earth Sciences and a MSc in Plant Production Management at Avignon Université, France, and a PhD at ÁÕÀÅÊÓƵ Adams investigating the potential of biopesticides to control the cabbage stem flea beetle (Psylliodes chrysocephala) in oilseed rape. I am interested in entomology, arthropods conservation, and Integrated Pest Management. I particularly enjoy communicating research to fellow researchers, students, farmers, and members of the public through outreach activities and teaching. I have experience identifying butterflies, moths, spiders, and ground beetles to species level.
My current research project is looking at understanding the spatio-temporal distribution of the grey field slug (Deroceras reticulatum) as part of the (Strategies Leading to Improved Management and Enhanced Resilience against Slugs) project.
